 Papad with vegetables . How to make the dishes ?   

First of all bring two  piece of  raw papad from market per person. Fry it on gas oven with low flame .Both side of papad fry properly .After frying it looks reddidsh with some tiny backspots . Now papad colour reddish mean it frying completed .Now turnoff you gas oven bottom to close down the flame check you gas properly. Now chopped off some vegetable with chopping machine. Vegetable are  Tomatoes , Onions, Green chillies, Dhanias, one lemon and  ,Cucumbers . Make sure vegetables chopped off rotatedly .After chopping off vegetables. Take one fried papad add one piece of all chopped vegetables on paped design it properly. Now add some salt as per your own requirement and lemon juice over the fried paped .Indian snacks mix serve over fried papad .You can also add red souce for good taste .Now put you fried papad with chopped vegetables on clean dish .get your taste .

Ingredients:-

Papad 100gm for six persons of your family .

One Tomato. Green chillies 25gm .Two onions , Green Dinias leaves  100gm .salt 2spons. Spicy salt may be add .one green cucumber ,3 table spoons of red souces may be added, 2 lemons. Indian snacks mix 100gm .
