How to make the recipes ?


Marinade the chicken.

Make the greek yogurt marinade in big bowl by combining yogurt.olive oil, red vinegar, lemon juice and spices.add in 1 ½ pounds of chicken tender and give them a toss to coat.Cover and stick  chicken in the friedge for thirty minutes or longer.If have the more time .

Make the salad and dressing.

I like to start by making the  olive oil and lemon dressing recipes. Basically combining lemon juice with garlic and oregano. While whisking vigorously ,dazzle the olive oil keep whisking until emulsified.Chop up the lettuce ,cucumbers ,red cherry tomato and shallot.and throw them in large bowl Add a handful of pitted kalamata olives and a bit of the dressing and toss. Taste and adjust by adding more dressing or salt to your liking.

Cook the chicken

Heat up a griddle or a non tick pan with a bit of olive oil. Add  the chicken cook each on side for 5 to 6 minutes on one side. Turn over and cook for a more few minutes  untill tender are fully cooked. 

Arrange the salad

Grab a few salad bowl add  cooked chicken.add a bit more of the dressing over the chicken.

Tips for making

Make the dressing in advance

The greek salad dressing in a few day advance .store it in a tightly-closed mason jar ,it will last for up to 2 weeks if stored properly.

Chop up the salad one night before and refrigerated . 

Do not dress the salad untill,it ready to serve .But you can chop the lettuce and vegetable and covered in the  fridge .

Marinade the chicken over night

Yes, you can make the yogurt marinate and toss the chicken in it, then cover and store it in the fridge overnight.

CHICKEN RICE FLAKE PULAO.

Ingrediants ; 

Chicken broneless 500gm,Rice flakes 500 gm , green peanuts 100gm ,onions 3pieces , ginger 50gm ,garlic 50gm,chillies 50gm ,Tomato1 piece,vinegar 50ml or less as your preference ,salt 2 table spoons  curry leaves 50gm , Cucumbers ,Termeric powder 1 table spoon. Vegetable oil .

How to make it?

Take a frying pan put it on high heat of gas oven. Pour some oil over frying pan heat it up .then add some chopped onions tamato paste, garlic and ginger paste ,chillies, green pea nuts, salt a bit and termeric powder. Stir it untill onion turns reddish  .Then add brone less  chicken small pieces (from chicken breast),pour some vinegar, stir it untill chicken turn into brown colour .add water cover it up with tight lid for few minutes.open the lid add rice flake , stir it litely and keep it for boil for 3 to 6 minutes .Make sure rice flake gets soft then taste it , turn off the gas . Serve it with chopped Cucumbers,tamatoes curry leaves and onions.

Ingrediants:-

Ruhu fish 1piece clean without scales,fins .Oil ,onions ,green chillies ,coriander leaves ,ginger ,tomatoes , lemon  clean boiled  potatoes without hask, fish powder,jeera powder, termeric powder,salt, pea nut,black peppers  ,nuts, and cucumber.

How to make it ?

First of all take clean Ruhu fish and cut it vertically from the middle clean the inner parts fish and add some salt and termeric powder with it .and mix it. Then 
Take a big frying pan and pour some oil  over the pan and heat up with high heat of gas .After that add Ruhu fish over the pan stir it ,untill fish colour coated reddish .

Make the paste :

Make the paste with bowl potatoes ,onions,tomatoes ,coriander leaves, a bit of salt,black pepper , green pea,nuts, lemon juice .and green chillies ,mix it well . Insert the mixed paste into belly of fried fish .
.tied the fish with rope properly.  Gilled it with high heat for few minutes each side of the fish .make sure that each side grilled properly.  Pour lemon juice ovwr the grilled  fish. 
Serve it with tomatoes ,onions cucumbers , and green chillies.you can also add  a bit of salt red sauce  black pepper for good taste .

Eggs ,Banana , Refined wheat flour ,Butter  ,Salt ,Black pepper.and Water.Wheat sweet cream .

How to make it?

First of all take a 2 cups  refined wheat flour .pour water in it,add a bit of salt Mix it well .Make the medium size balls of refine wheat  of flour .Make the round bread from Refined wheat  flour .
Take big frying pan pour some butter over the frying pan heat it up with medium heat . Fry the round bread in butter for few minutes of each side .break the egg, pour it in a  pot . Add the chopped the bananas and a bit of salt   mixed well. Pour the mixed on bread heat it up for minutes of each side. Turn off the gas serve it with white sweet cream and black pepper.

Ingrediants:- 

Sattu powder 1 cup, 1 onion , single piece of green chillie, a bit of black salt black pepper and water.

How to make it ?

Take a steel mug pour one cup sattu into it, add a bit of black salt ,black peper,chopped half  onion . Chopped green chillies  and one glass water mix it ,and make the drink .Pour the mix drink 
in a glass and  serve it.

How to make it ?

First chop the bread in triangle shape .Take frying pan pour butter over the pan stir it with big hand spoon .add the chopped bread on butter toast it untill it turn golden in colour. Pour it in a pot .Take frying pan againg pour some oil over it ,heat it up with medium flame now add  chopped vegetable with it add garlic ginger paste and a bit of salt as per your choice and cumin and red sauce .Stir it make the fried vegetable well .Now take the fried bread pour vegetable over the bread and cover it with another fried bread and pour vegetable again and cover it with fried bread again .  
Now make it ready to take a bite .

Ingredients.

Unshelled clear  prawns 5 or 6 pieces ,chowmein ,green chillies,onions, oil, red sauces ,coriander leaves tamotoes ,cucumber, chowmein mix powders, eggs carrots ,lemon juice ,salt,nuts ,cabbages ,bins and water.

How to make the recipes:-

Take bowl pan and pour water in it .keep it on gas oven heat it up with high heat to be bowled add chowmein let's it bowl for 1 or 2 minutes ,keep aside .
Take a big frying pan pour oil over the pan keep it on gas oven heat it up with high heat .unshelled king prawns add chopped cabbages ,nuts ,bins,onions ,chowmein powder ,eggs ,a bit of salt ,green chillies ,coriander laves stir it untill it smells spicy .Serve it imediately with chopped tamatos ,nuts ,red sauce onions , cucumbers , chopped carrots and lemon juice .

Ingredient;-

Gram flour(maida) ,Semolina (Suji ),potatoes ,green chillies ,Onions ,nuts, baking soda ,yellow pea nuts,salt, black salt,Coriander leaves ,Tamarind ,lemon juice ,oil .water.mix masala powder.

How to make the recipes ?

First make the water ball or fuchka.
2 cup suji add 1 table spoon gram flour(maida).add a pich of baking powder .1 table salt and water to make the soft dough and  keep them 35 minutes that it elasticaly soft dough.
Cover it with wet kichen towel .after half an hour take the dough make the two ball from it . Take the one ball keep it on wooden roller board .make the big round chapti from the dough with use of rolling pin .now take cookies cutter make small round shape from the dough .keep it in a large pan .same for another ball .Now get ready the big deep frying pan pour oil in the pan and put the pan on gas oven and heat it up with high heat to start oil bowling .Now throw the small balls in oil untill it fried crunchy.removed from oil after fried keep it aside with a pot .

Ready the potato mix. 

Take 3 or 4 potatoes .and remove it hask with the use of hask cutter .wash the potatoes with cold water  to clean it properly that starch remain on potatoes .Now take bowl pot keep it on oven heat it with high heat pour the water in the pot .after water started bowling throw the  potatoes in water untill the potatoes bowled well .Afthe bowling  remove potatoes from water .put it in a dry pot.Now add yellow pea nuts ,onions ,mix powder,green chillies ,coriander leaves ,red chillies powder a bit of salt or black salt with bowl potatoes to make the paste .

Now prepare the tamarid water .

Take small baket of water ,add  1or 2 pieces of unshelled tamarinds .and 2 table spoon lemon juice ,coriander leaves, a bit black salt and 1or2  green chillies  . Now stir the water with big hand spoon untill it mixed well.and keep it in a open pot .
Now take the ball crack the upper surface of the ball and put potato mixed in the ball.Same for every balls .Now serve the balls with tamarind water.

1 cup hot water,2 tablespoons dry yeast,1 table spoon honey,3 cups gram  flour,1/2 table spoon salt,table spoons olive oil.3 table spoons soft unsalted butter,4 cloves medium garlic paste,2 pieces of chopped tomatoes ,2 pieces black cherry ,1 cup mozzarella cheese ,1 cup white cheddar cheese,1 cup Monterey Jack cheese ,1/4 cup Parmesan cheese,capsicum 1 piece,1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley ,1 pot pizza sauce. Green chillies4 pieces.

How to make recipes?

In a large bowl ,add water, honey, and yeast. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes until yeast starts to form.Add salt, flour, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix it until the dough pulls away from the bowl.Knead the dough for 10 minutes, manually.Form the dough into a bowl. Cover the dough with the remaining olive oil, place back into the bowl, and cover with a wet towel. Place in a warm area and let the dough rise for about 45 minutes.Heat up the oven with high heat ,Take dry frying pan, pour olive oil over the pan.Otherwise, you can use a sheet of parchment paper placed on top of the baking pan or cooling rack.Flatten the dough and lay it on top of the pan. In a mixing bowl add soft butter ,chopped tamato capsicum ,black cherry and garlic. Spread it entire on the pizza dough..Spread the pizza or marinara sauce evenly on the dough.Sprinkle all the cheeses, evenly, except the parmesan.Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until the it is turn golden brown. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan and parsley.

6 cups Gram flour,salt ,water ,3pieces of green chillies,1 table spoon cumin paste , 1 table spoon ginger paste, 2 pieces of  red chillies , oil ,1table spoon sugar, 1/2 table spoon termeric powder,
Coconut paste 1/4 cup.1 cup chopped coconut,1cup split chickes peas .

How to make the recipes?

For cholar dal (splits chkes peas ).

Take 1 cup cholar dal wash it with water.and  keep the dal in a  pot pour water in the pot and lid the pot keep the it  for whole night before make the recipes.after one night ,turn on the oven take deep frying pan put it on oven pour  water in the pot let start the boil the cholar dal ,add a bit of salt in boliling for few minutes untill it boiled properly .remove dal from oven after boilling.keep it aside.
Take a deep frying pan heat it up with high heat pour some oil in pan let's the to be boiled add red chillies ,whole cumins,leaves  let's the good smell out then add some ginger paste and cumin paste.stir it litely .add coconut paste,boiled cholar dal,sugar stir it for few  minutes add remove the mix from oven and keep it aside .
Take 2 cups gram flour pour some water in it .Make the big balls from the gram flour. Keep it on flaten wooden board using roller pin make the  dough in round medium shape and take deep frying pan pour oil in it heat it up with high heat now  throw flour ball in bowling oil  fry it for few minutes for each side untill it looks reddish yellow colour.after frying  Serve luchi with cholar dal.

How to make the recipes? 

Heat oil in a pan ,Add onions , green chillies,curry leaves and stir fry till translucent.Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry til fragranced leaves .Add  tomato ,salt  and cook till oil separates .Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder ,coriander powder and gram masala .Mix well and stir fry for few seconds Add lobster meat and mix well .Stir fry for 2 minutes, Now stir and cook 8 to 10 minutes ,Garnish with coriander leaves, Lobster masala fry is ready to serve. Ingredients:- 

  • 400 g free-range skinless mini chicken breast fillets,  2 Table spoons coconut oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste,  30 gm butter,  3 cloves,  garlic, grated
  • 1 x 2.5 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated, 1 table spoon ground coriander,
  • 1 table spoon garam masala, ½ table spoon chilli powder, ½ t paprika,  390gm  crushed tomatoes,  200 gm  paneer, cubed, 1 cup water,  ½ cup cream , salt, to taste
  • lemon juice ,  Sugar. a pinch (if necessary)
  • steamed basmati rice, for serving
  • fresh coriander leaves. 

  • How to make the recipes ?
  • Briefly fry the chicken pieces in the hot coconut oil to seal and brown. When ready to turn, they will release easily from the pan. Remove and season lightly.

    Add the butter to the same pan. Stir in the garlic and ginger and cook for 1–2 minutes. Mix in the ground coriander, garam masala, chilli powder, paprika and some salt. Add the crushed tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.

    Add the paneer, chicken and water and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the cream and simmer gently until it starts to boil. Add a squeeze of citrus and sugar if necessary. And more salt if needed.

    Serve with the rice and garnish with coriander.

  • 2 heads garlic, cloves separated, 8 chicken drumsticks (about 2 1/2 pounds), skin removed, trimmed,  ½ teaspoon salt, divided,  ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper,  3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth, 2 teaspoons  mustard, 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour ,  cup chopped fresh chives or scallion greens.

  • How to make the recipes?

  • Lightly smash garlic cloves with the side of a large knife to loosen the skins. Peel; cut larger ones in half. Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, until beginning to brown, about 2 minutes. Remove to a plate with a slotted spoon. Add chicken to the pan and cook until browned on one side, about 4 minutes. Turn it over and return the garlic to the pan. Whisk broth, mustard, flour and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Add the mixture to the pan; bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to maintain a lively simmer. Cover and cook until the chicken is cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chives .

300 g fish fillet tilapia, bass, or catfish, halved,1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 teaspoon vegetable oil, 1 cup mushroom sliced, 1 teaspoon whiskey option, 1/4 onion sliced ,150 ml heavy cream,  100 ml milk, 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil,  1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 egg yolks, 3 tablespoon flour,  2 egg whites, 2 tablespoon butter, 1 small potato sliced, 2 handful grated mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese. 

How to make the recipes:-

Dry fish with paper towel and place on a plate. Add lemon juice, rubbed salt and black pepper on fish, marinate in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Heat a teaspoon oil in a non-sticky skillet till hot, in about 1 minute, add mushrooms and stir fry till turn soft, add salt, pepper and whiskey, continue to stir fry till all the liquid evaporate and mushrooms turn golden. Put mushrooms in a plate and set aside. Heat rest of oil in the same skillet and add onion, stir fry till onion turn soft and golden. Put in a plate and set aside. Add heavy cream and milk into a medium size bowl, add parsley, basil, white pepper, salt and egg yolks, stir till everything mix well. Place flour in a big plate and egg whites in another big plate. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-sticky skillet and heat on medium high heat. Coat each side of fish fillet with flour. When butter is melted and stop bubbling, dip both sides of fish fillet in egg whites, and place in the skillet immediately. Fry fish till the bottom side turns golden, then flip to fry theother side. When both sides are done, remove skillet from heat. Do not cook fish for too long time, since it will continue to cook in the oven. Grease 2 medium size baking dishes with the rest butter. Place half amount of onion in both dishes separately, add fish on top of onion, place potato slices against the wall of dish. Add the rest onion on top of fish, then place mushrooms on onion. Fill each dish with the milk mixture, around 2/3 of the dish or 1cm to the top. Top with a thin layer of mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place the baking dishes on baking tray, put in the bottom level of oven, bake till the cheese melts well and turns golden brown, in about 30 minutes. If cheese does not brown well, switch baking tray to middle level at the end of baking process.

 Take a another bowl add 1 table spoon corn flower,ginger garlic paste, 1 table  spoon salt , red chillies powder 1 table spoon , 1 table spoon black pepper powder, mix it well . take frying pan heat it up with  high heat pour some oil over the pan fry chopped paneer sink paneer inthe corn flour mix and fry it in oil for few minutes remove the mix from oil keep aside. add  garlic ginger paste, capsicum, onion , tomato and fry it in same oil for few minutes.
Take another bowl add  1 table spoon corn flour,black peper ,salt and sugar. Add  fried onion ,capsicum, tomato ,paneer and  corn flour mix to prepare gravy .Now it is ready to serve.

45 minutes. Cover it with tight lid.
Take small bowl  add 100ml olive oil , add chopped parsley leaves, 1 table  spoon Garlic paste, add black pepper 1/4 table  spoon, lemon  juice 1 table spoon add a  pinch  of salt. Blend it well. Keep aside . Now remove octopus from water. Chop it in pieces. Grilled  octopus pieces in oven  untill it  turns reddish black colour. After grilled octopus  properly remove  from  oven add to bowl and  pour the mixed lemon sauce over  it .serve it with salad and chopped boiled potato.

Fresh green mints 1/4 bunch, Coriander leaves 1 bunch, Garlic clove 3 pieces,  Roasted Pea nuts chana dal 2 table spoons, Salt 1 table spoon,Ginger paste 1 table spoon. lemon juice 1/2table spoon,  Green chillies 3 pieces, Sugar 1 table spoon, Cold water 1/4 Cup.

How to make the recipe?

Take only leaves  of  fresh mints do not use stem, Coriander leaves do not use the stem. add to blender jar ,add  Roasted  chana dal, Garlic cloves, Ginger  paste, Green chillies break ,Salt , Sugar, lemon juice, and cold water. Blend  it  well in  blender jar .After blending  pour  the mixed(Chutney) in bowl. Now green chutney is ready to Serve.

How to make the  recipe?

Chopped cabbage. turn on the oven keep  a pan  on oven pour water in pan.add  Cabbage to boil in hot water for 15 minutes. After boiling remove cabbage  from hot water. Drain the water from cabbage. Keep it aside. take deep frying  pan put it on oven.  Pour mustard oil  over the  pan. Let's oil to become hot, add chopped boiled cabbage ,add unhasked chopped Potato in 4 pieces, add sliced tomato, Green peanuts,cumin seeds, Spit green chillies Stir it .add Salt , Cumin  powder, Coriander powder,Red chillie powder, Termeric powder, Hot spicy mixed,Bay leaves,
Clalified  butter,and add water stir it well, keep it 15 minutes to boil .After boiling it is ready to serve.

Boil lobster in hot water for 5minutes, Chopped  the onion,Garlic,Parsleyleaves, marjoram leaves. take a sauce pan , turn on the oven put saucepan on  the oven. add Chopped onion, Garlic, salt, Parsley leaves, Butter ,marjoram leaves, olive oil ,Red Paprika powder, lemon juice. stir it.let's fry for 10minutes.  Keep it aside. Take the boiled lobster,  split it vertically from the middle. Remove the blackdurst

How to make the recipe?

To make sauce take a small bowl add  red chillie flakes, soya sauce, red chillie sauce ,chopped garlic , refined oil, mix it  well keep aside.  Now take a square bowl  place the all boneless fishes in the bowl add salt, pepper powder,lemon juice, rub both side of every fishes . Keep it 10 minutes to marinade. Now pour mixed sauce over each sides of fishes.  Keep it for 30 minutes. Now take a frying pan brush up with 1 table spoon oil. turn on the oven put it on the oven. Add fishes to pan grilled the fishes of each sides untill  it turn reddish. Add some  chopped coriander leaves over the fish to serve it.

How to make the recipe?

chopped the onion in round shape , chopped garlic,make sauce from tomatoes, keep it in small bowl. Keep it aside.wash mushroom with fresh water and drain water well from mushrooms. Take a frying add 2 tablespoons olive oil to the frying pan. Turn on the oven keep frying pan on the oven heat it upwith high heat.Add mushrooms to frying pan add a bit of salt and pepper powder fry the each side of mushrooms for 2 minutes untill it turns brown. Remove it from pan keep it aside. Take frying pan again add 2 tablespoons oil, heat it up with high heat. add chopped onions, chopped  garlic, salt ,pepper powder,tomato sauce stir it. fry it for few minutes now add fried mushrooms again fry all the mixed for few minutes untill it turns brown. Milk 1 Litre, Sugar 1 tablespoon, Water 2 table spoons, Milk powder 1/2 cup, Rice flour 1 table spoon, Red Saffron a pinch, Almond 6 cloves, Chashew pea nuts 5 to 6 pieces. Cardamom 1/2 table spoon.

How to make the recipe?

Turn on the oven put a sauce pan on the oven. Heat it up with low medium heat. Add sugar ,1 table spoon water to pan. Stir it just  2 minutes . Add milk stir it untill milk is not becoming condense. Another side take small bowl add milk powder ,1table spoon water, blend it well .pour the blending milk in condensed milk stir it .Add rice flour,Cardamom powder to the condense milk again stir it keep it for
4 and 5minutes,  Remove it from the oven .Turn off the oven. Add red Saffron , Almonds, Cashew nuts to condense milk keep it  outside 20 minutes to cool it naturally then keep it in deep fridge for 1 hour to become more condense and tasty. Kheer is  now ready to serve.

Add slice cariflour in frying pan add a pinch of Salt ,blackpepper, flip another side of cauliflour add a pinch of salt and pepper powder. fry it untill it turn reddish. Remove cauliflour from frying pan. Keep it aside.  Pour oil again in  frying pan. Add butter let butter  melt in oil .Add chopped mushroom,pepper powder, salt ,sour cream stir it. Fry the mixed for few minutes. Remove it from oven. Pour mixed over the fried cauliflour add grided cheese over the mixed  and serve it.
