Ingredients:-

Paneer 500gm, 1 lemon ,4 pieces splited green chillies, Salt 3/4 table spoon ,  Black Peppper powder 1/2 table spoon, Cumin powder 1/2 table spoon ,  Turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon, coriander powder 1 table spoon, Red chillie powder 2 tablespoons, All purpose flour 2 table spoons, Corn flour 2 table spoons, Ginger paste 1 tablespoon, Green chillie paste 1 table spoon, Water 3 tablespoons , Refine oil, Masturd oil 2 table spoons, Masturd seeds1/2 table spoon , Cumin seeds 1/2 table spoon, Salt a pinch , Coriander leaves 1 table spoon, Ginger slide 1 tablespoon.

How to make the recipe?

Chopped the paneer in box shapes Keep it on a tray. Ready the spicies for paneer. Take a bowl add  Salt, Black pepper powder,Cumin powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Red chillie powder, All purpose flour, Corn flour, Ginger paste , Green chillie paste, Water .blend it to ready the mixed .add chopped paneer to the mixed again blend it well and keep it aside. Now turn on the oven put frying pan on the oven and heat up with high heat .pour refined oil over the deep frying pan . And add spicy mixed chopped paneer to hot oil. Fry it untill paneer turn reddish in colour. After that remove  fried paneer from hot oil keep it on a tray .Make the tarka. Take a sauce pan put it on oven add masturd oil, Cumin seeds, Masturd seeds, Salt a pinch ,Coriander leaves,  Spilit green chillies, Ginger vertically long  slide pieces, Stir it well to blend it fry for few minutes after that add fried paneer to the mixed stir it .2 or 3 times then remove it from oil. Turn off oven and  serve Paneer sixtyfive recipe .

Ingredients:-

Boneless fish filet 4 pieces . 4 Eggs, 4 green chillies , 1 table spoon pepper powder, 1/3 table spoon salt, 1 bunch coriander leaves without stem (chopped). 200ml refined oil , breadcrumb 100gm, All purpose  flour 1 cup. Seperated eggs 2 pieces. Ginger 10gm , Garlic cloves 4 pieces, Mint leaves 50gm .

How to make the recipe?

Keep boneless fish fillet on a tray  add some pepper powder, Salt, coated with both side of each fishes keep it 15 minutes to marinade . Keep aside.  Chopped green chilles , Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, make the paste of ginger,  Garlic add fish fillet coat with the mixed keep it another 15 minutes . Take a bowl crack 4 eggs , pour in bowl add salt ,pepper powder .Stir it well . Another side keep flour on a tray ,another tray take bread crumbs . Now take marinade fish fillet first coated in flour, second melt in eggs mixed and 3rd coated in bread crumbs . Now turn on the oven put deep frying pan on the oven pour refined oil over the frying pan and heat it up with high heat .add mixed coated fish fillets to oil fry each side of fish untill it turn brown.  Remove all the fish fillets  from oil keep aside let the oil to be drained from fish fillets. Take a bowl crack eggs again pour in bowl add a pinch of salt and pepper powder  stir it well . Use your fingers  spread the mixed eggs over the hot  oil in square shape. Immediately add fried fish fillet to the middle of shape and cover the fish fillet with the shape from all sides in this way fry it 3 or 4 minutes after that remove the fish coverage from oil .Serve it with red sauce , Masturd sauce and Salad .

2 pieces of orange, 1 cup sugar, 1 /2 table spoon salt, 2 table spoons sugar powder.

How to make the recipe?

Make juice from oranges pour in bowl .
Now turn on the oven put a sauce pan on the oven heat up the sauce pan with medium high heat. Now pour orange juice in sauce pan add sugar stir it well. Untill orange juice become dence well .To check it take 1 table spoon hot orange juice pour it in cold  water in another bowl if hot orange juice is not floating  above the surface of cold water that means orange juice is become Logence . Turn off the oven . Take candy dice to make logences pour immediately  hot orange juice in dice to give it shapes .Keep few minutes to become cool naturally . After few minutes remove logence from dice . Coated logence in sugar powder properly so that, it can be used for long days .

Yellow peanuts 2 table spoons, Salt 1 table spoon, Green chillie 4 pieces(split),R ed chillie powder 1 table spoon, Termeric powder1/2 table spoon ,cumin seeds 1/2 table spoon, coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch ,cumin powder 1/2 table spoon,  mustard oil 2 table spoon , water as per needed.

How to make the recipe?

Turn on the oven .Take a frying pan keep it on the oven ,heat it up with medium heat. Pour 2 table spoon mustard oil  over the frying pan .Allow oil to become hot. Now add peanuts, green peanuts, yellow peanuts, onion, green chillies termeric, red chillie powder, cumin seeds , Coriander chopped leaves. only use  leaves do not use stems.Cumin powder . Stir well untill onion turns reddish colour. Now add Basmati rice (fresh clear) stir it with using big hand spoon to mix  it well .Allow to  fry the mixed  for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes turn off the oven remove  the mixed rice from oven serve it .

 1 full Cauliflower chopped in 6 pieces, 1boil hask free potato, 1/2 cup onion, 1 table spoon green chilli, 1 table spoon salt ,1 table spoon red chilli powder, 1/2  cup besan , 1/2 cup rice powder, 1 table spoon coriander powder,1 table spoon termeric powder,1 table spoon cumin powder, chopped  coriander leaves 1 table spoon , red tamato sauce 100gm, refine oil 1 litter, water as per requirement.

How to make the recipes?

Grid the cauliflower using a hand grider .and grid a boil unhask potato using a hand grider, Take a medium size bowl add grided cauliflower , grided potato, chopped onion, add besan , add rice powder,chopped green chillies, Red chilli powder, cumin powder, Termeric powder, Salt , Coriander powder,  Coriander leaves  add  water as per requirement  blend well to make soft dough. Keep it aside . 
Take a deep frying pan keep on oven  .Turn on the oven .Now  pour 1/2 litter oil in frying pan .Heat it up with medium heat. Make small balls from dough throw small balls in hot oil.  Fry each sides of every ball for few minutes untill ball turn  reddish in colour . After frying remove the ball from hot oil , serve it immediately with red tomato sauce.

Boneless fish chunks 6 pieces, Chopped parsley 1table spoon, crushed pepper 3/4 table spoon, All purpose flour 1/2 cup, red chili flakes 1 table spoon, Butter 50gm, Garlic powder 1/4 table spoon,   Salt1/2 table spoon , Oil 2table spoons, Choped garlic 2 table spoons Crushed  pepper 1/2 table spoon, lemon juice 1 table spoon.

How to make the recipes?

Fresh clean boneless fish 6 pieces , add crushed pepper 3/4 table spoon, Garlic powder 1/4  table spoon , Salt 1/ 2 table spoon .rub it to coat of each side of every fish
 . Keep aside for 20 minutes. Now take  all purpose flour add 6 pieces fish to flour mix each side of every fish to flour
Now turn on the oven keep a frying pan on the oven. pour oil over the pan , heat it up with medium heat . Add mixed fish to oil fry it 3 minutes of each side of every fish . Remove it from oil keep aside.  Add butter to frying pan , heat it up with low heat .add 1/ 2 table spoon chopped garlic , 1/2 table spoon flour, 1 table red flakes , 1/2  crushed pepper ,a bit of salt , 1 table lemon juice , 1 table spoon chpped parsley mix it well to make the sauce . Fry it in low heat for 3 to 4 minutes . Take fishes  pour the sauce on fishes .Now it ready to serve.

Ingredients:-

1 liter milk, 2 table spoons sugar, 2 table spoons lemon juice, 1/3 cup liquid milk, 2 table spoons milk powder, 6 kesher strings, 1table spoon ghee.

How to make the recipes?

Take milk bowl put it on oven turn on the oven with medium heat ,while milk started to boil add 2 table spoon lemon juice and 2 table spoon water in milk.
Milk turn into paneer ,wash the paneer with fresh water so that raw smell of lemon remove properly .Now using white clean cloth to cover the paneer from whole side and hang it fow few minutes. So that paneer become dry .
Add  paneer to mixy blender after blend it for a minute add milk powder,blended milk ,sugar, blend it well for few minutes. Now take a clean square pan , and  pan surface polish up  with using ghee. Now pour mixed in the pan dressing some keshar strings over the mixed . Now turn on oven keep deep frying pan on it .pour some water in pan add a stand in pan and put square pan (full of paneer) in it .lid the pan tightly for 20 minutes to allow to take steam .After 20 minutes open the lid check it using a tooth pin ,whether it steam well or not, if not keep it for more 4 to 6 minutes to get ready . Now after five minutes remove it from oven cut it with pizza cutter to give square shape to serve.

Boneless chicken 400 gm,  1full onion  chopped  in 4 square pieces,  1 full Capsicum chopped in 4 square pieces,  ginger and garlic paste 1/2 table spoon, chopped onion leaves 1 table spoon ,1 egg , Refine oil as per needed,  1 spilt green chillie , Cornflour 1/2 cup, Chopped  garlic 1 table spoon , Sugar and salt as per needed,  lemon juice 1 table spoon, 1 table spoon termeric powder , All purpose flour 1 cup . Red chillie powder 1/2 table spoon, water as per needed,  green chillie sauce 1 table spoon ,Soya sauce 1 table spoon, Tomato sauce 1 table spoon.

How to make the recipes? 

Boneless chicken wash with water properly and remove from water keep in a hole added bowl to water from chicken .
Take a another bowl add flour ,corn flour,garlic ginger paste ,salt,Termeric powder , egg , red chillie powder ,add boneless chicken pieces  keep it 40 minutes  to marinade. Now turn on the oven keep a frying pan on oven .pour some oil over the frying pan heat it up with low heat .add marinade chicken fry it untill it become reddish then remove from oil keep it aside. Take bowl pour 1 cup water in it ,add corn flour ,Tomato sauce , Soya sauce ,green chilli sauce, mix it well . Take frying pan add refine  oil heat up the pan with high heat add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped garlic fry it untill it turn reddish . Add water ,mix paste,  red chili powder, wait for a minute  untill it start to boil then add a bit of  salt and 1 cup water let's it boil for few minutes .
Now gravy is ready while it starts to boil add fried chicken . Fry it with high heat for few minutes .after few minutes add some onion leaves over the chicken blend it well .now chilli chicken is ready to serve .

How to make the recipes:-

Chicken marinade needs 6 pieces boneless chicken, 2 table spoons ginger and garlic paste. Lemon hask grid by hand grider add on chicken  add lid over bowl keep it for 2 hours. 
Chicken juice 4 table spoons meonis, 1/2 table spoon chillie sauce , 2 table spoons red sauce , 1 table spoon honey. 1/2 black pepper. stir it to make chicken juice.
To  make chicken powder .1 table spoon red chillies powder, 1/2 table black salt ,1 /2 table spoon black pepper, 1 table spoon dry harbs ,1 table spoon oregano
 Mix it well.
To coat chicken needs all purpose flour, black pepper, salt mix it add bone less chicken coat it with flour sink in cold fresh water and mix it again in flour .fry it in oil for few minutes .remove from oil keep aside. Pour mix powder over chicken. Cut burger loaf from middle in round shape add butter each of loaf sides fry it on pan for few minutes untill it turns reddish. Add paste on loaf add tetus leaf, fried chicken ,add onion, tomato,  similarly take another fried loaf add paste with loaf lid the loaf on first prepare loaf add tooth pin it is now ready to serve.
